Where do you do in-person training?

Coach Brittany will come to your home, or if you prefer we can train at one of a select number of private gyms around Westchester.


Do I get nutrition support too?

You bet. This is much more than just training sessions. We design you a personalized plan (including for extra training sessions you may do without us) with diet, cardio and everything you need.


Can I contact my coach outside of sessions?

Sure – in fact we encourage it. This is coaching, not just Personal Training. You will have 24/7 access to both Mike and Brittany as part of your one-on-one package.


What if I can’t stick to the plan?

We truly care about your progress and we give you all the support you need. Coach Brittany understands that it’s not always easy and has a super compassionate and motivating style of coaching.

I don’t live near Westchester NY.

Our one-on-one training isn’t the best choice for you – you should check out our online coaching instead!


Do I need to be experienced?

No, we welcome inquiries from all levels from beginner through experienced. In-person training is ideal for less experienced folk because we will be right there with you.


Can I still go out and party?

Yes, we encourage clients to tell us about their social life and other commitments so we can work this into the plan. We help you build a body transformation strategy that includes all the stuff you love to do.


What results can I expect?

Our one-on-one clients have amazing physical transformations, shaping up and dropping body fat. You can also expect a big boost in self-confidence, plus an education in training and diet that works for you.
