Having an awesome body does not have to mean living like a monk! I believe in living a full life with plenty of fun experiences. Who doesn’t want to look good naked and have a social life? That’s what I help clients achieve. I’m dedicated to learning, teaching, and practicing the best methods to help men and women build their dream physique.

I grew up playing football to college level, until I wound up injured. That’s when I decided to learn how to get lean and muscular. I’m serious about making the most of life whilst staying in shape. I love travel, good food, and racing my track car.

I’ve worked as a Personal Trainer and sports coach for over 15 years, and my true passion is helping people live a healthier, happier life. I work with clients to create a balanced lifestyle so they can reach their goals without giving up the things they love. My goal is to teach people how to incorporate a balanced and effective diet and training program that’s easy to stick to - and gets results

There’s nothing more rewarding than working one on one with a client and watching them achieve their dream body while still eating and doing the things they enjoy. Fitness doesn’t have to be boring or feel like a chore.

My goal is to make every client see results and have fun doing it!

Becoming fit and healthy can be difficult. But, it doesn’t have to be. My personal interest with training sparked a passion to not only improve myself but other men too. We all have professional commitments to attend, relationships to maintain, and lives to seek. Not to worry, optimal training and effective nutrition strategies can be implemented while enjoying a full life!

My goal is to have the most positive impact possible with the clients that I work with. Guiding them to the healthiest, and happiest versions of themselves.

I started trying to get back into shape after my father passed away in 2017 but I had no direction when it came to working out or eating right. I started out at 190 and after 5 months the bad habits came back. I was stuck in a rut at 171 – not fat but unhappy with how I looked and felt. 

I reached out to Mike and boy was I happy I did. He put a plan together and helped me stick with it. At 20 weeks in I was at 156.6 pounds with a six-pack. I am very happy with the results.
